REFUND POLICY
Online Certification Services will refund
anyone for any reason, for any courses that are not completed, meaning no
certificate of completion has been issued. The refunds are valid up to 1 year.
There are no refunds issued after 1 year of time has passed since an
online payment was accepted. Refunds for online payments that have to be
refunded by check may be subjected to an administrative fee.
Once you have completed a course and received a certificate of completion
for that course, you have completed the online service and are not entitled to a
refund for any reason.
