The State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) requires all licensed security guards to complete 8 hours of refresher training every year. For every year after the year they get their guard card, every licensed security guard in CA is required to take 8 hours of refresher training to keep their training requirements up to date. The requirement is that each officer must take 8-hours of refresher training per year, every year that they have a current security license (guard card).
Our 8-Hour BSIS Certified Refreshser Course is a comprehsnsive course that covers a wide variety of topics, and meets the BSIS annual training requirement. Upon completion of the online course, you can directly print out your training certificate, and you can always log in at any later date and access all your training certificates. We have several customers who come back to our system and take a refresher course each year. When they log into their account, they can always access the certificates for any of the courses they have taken in the past.
